Hi everyone and welcome to my little part of the WWW.
This site is going to be about my depression and my experiences with it. I am not a doctor or councellor or anything like that so anything on here is the way I see things and the things that I have personally experienced and it isn't supposed to be a diagnosis for any mental or physical illness. If you can relate to the stuff on this site (and you haven't already done so) please talk to your doctor about your feelings and experiences.
Please be careful while you are here. There might be things that upset, offend or trigger you. Please be aware that this is the way I feel and what I do and they are very real to me. I'll be talking about things like Self Harm, Death and Suicide. I will put a warning on these pages but please be careful no matter where you go on the site.
As a general guideline, if I have put a "triggering" warning on the page I will be talking about something that could trigger you (Self-Harm, miscarriage, r*pe or a*use) and if I have put a "warning" on the page I will be talking about something that could upset you (suicide or death for example). Please take care as you look around the site and keep an eye out for the warnings. :o)
If you feel uncomfortable at any point then please don't read any further. I would much rather you felt safe and comfortable and only read a little bit on the site than reading everything and feeling really bad when you left. I don't want that. I want you to only read as far as you are comfortable with.
