Just so that you all know ('cos I've been getting spam from my domain name accounts) I'm not a spammer and never will be a spammer - I hate spam just as much as everyone else. I've contacted my hosts a number of times and they just come back saying to just sit it out and it will give in eventually... shows what they know! If you've got a message from anyone other than mandy@mandysdepression.com or me@mandysdepression.com then it's spam and nothing to do with me or this site. If you know of a way to stop spammers using my domain names to send spam then I would love to hear from you!

Spammers (if you're reading this which you probably aren't 'cos you don't care about anything on the internet) I know I've just given you my 2 active email addresses but I also know how to read headers so if you send me spam using these 2 addresses, your ISP will be getting an email from me asking them to close your account... I don't work so I've got all the time in the world to report you! Don't say I didn't warn you!

Y'know, I never understood why some people had 2 (or more) guestbooks on their websites... I figured that surely one would be enough, and for over a year, just the one guestbook *has* been enough for this website, but unfortunately Bravenet have had some problems recently which means their site is down and nobody can get into my guestbook (or other features provided by Bravenet) so I've had to bite the bullet and add a second guestbook to my site.

Please sign the first (Bravenet) guestbook if it's up and running 'cos I check it most often, but if it's down for whatever reason, please sign the guestbook below - I love hearing from the visitors to my site and it gives me a real lift to know that people have taken a couple of minutes just to leave their mark and let me me know they have been here :o)

I've also got a yahoo group that I post to when I update my site (both this one and my personal site) which is really low volume as I'm the only poster and I'll only post when I've updated one of my sites so you'll get a handful of emails a month.

I've got a shop that I've just started where you can buy loads of things if you want to :o)

I've just set up another shop which will help me to keep this site free... take a look! :o)

I've joined an online opinions thing which will also help me to keep this site (and my other ones) free. All you have to do is sign up!

If you need someone to talk to who understands what you're going through, try this chatroom or maybe consider subscribing to some newsgroups (you can find an incomplete list on my "newsgroups" page) - there are lots of people out there who understand what you're going through... sometimes it can just take a while to find us :o)

If you like what you've seen or you have any ideas or suggestions for things I could add I would love to hear from you!
